Bio

Ian's health journey began at the age of 19. He was experiencing very poor health due to his personal diet and lifestyle choices. His symptoms ranged from migraine headaches, recurring skin infections, IBS, adrenal fatigue, and brain fog. At the age of just 19 years old, he knew he was too young to be feeling this unwell and was determined to uncover the root cause of these 'mystery' symptoms. After extensive independent research, he began eating an organic whole foods diet, living more sustainably, and practicing both yoga and meditation. He now feels better than ever and inspires people daily to live and eat in a more holistic, sustainable way.

Ian spends his free time creating and experimenting with new recipes, practicing yoga, playing guitar, spending time in nature, and being with friends and loved ones. Ian acknowledges his twin brother, his parents, and his partner who have continuously supported him along his healing journey.
