I aim to help clients realize and experience their rightful state of well-being. I believe that everyone deserves ascended health, and I am committed to values of trust, respect, and empowerment. I provide clients with individualized wellness programs including: meal plans, supplement recommendations, lifestyle modifications, detoxification protocols, yoga postures, and meditation techniques. My clients will feel educated and confident, while attaining the tools and knowledge to restore and revitalize their health!
